Magistream.
What's an adoptable site doing here?
The best way to start roleplaying is through the forum, and Magistream is a good place to start.
The community is very friendly and roleplayers of all skill levels have found a nice home here.
Almost none of the emotional strain from a convo based roleplay, (Facebook or Tumblr pages, etc), is involved in forum roleplaying, and the kind nature of the community is good to help roleplayers find their niche.
Plus, the nature of the roleplays found here is an excellent excersise in strengthening not just roleplay skills, but both spelling / grammar skills and social skills as well.
Over all, a perfect place for a beginning roleplayer, (and the birthplace of the author's roleplaying career as well as where she met her associate, Silvereye.)
